Unlock Your Inner Creativity: A Guided Art-Making Class for Self-Expression and Stress Relief
Creative activities are powerful tools to help us connect to our truest self, calm stress,
honor and express feelings, disarm the inner critic, discover and enhance inner
resources, and find new solutions to problems. Art making is also fun as it brings out
the playful child in us.
This class will offer simple, guided creative activities in a safe space with a variety of art materials. While guided activities will be suggested, participants can choose to use the materials in their own way.
Who is this class for?
Anyone who is curious, open, and wants to learn.
All ages are welcome including kids with their adult.
NO SKILLS REQUIRED.
April 18th: Quieting the Inner-Critic
April 25th: Using Art to Relieve Stress and Manage Anxiety
May 16th: Honoring and Integrating Your Life Journey
May 23rd: Discovering Inner-Resources to Enhance your Life
You can sign up for one class, a combination of classes, or all classes.
The class will be facilitated by Susan Hood, Artist retired MSW therapist and the Rev. Kally Elliott
When: April 18 and 25 and May 16 and 23
Time: 6:30pm - 8pm

About The Center for Wellbeing & Wisdom at Bend First Presbyterian
