Unlock Your Inner Creativity: A Guided Art-Making Class for Self-Expression and Stress Relief

Creative activities are powerful tools to help us connect to our truest self, calm stress,
honor and express feelings, disarm the inner critic, discover and enhance inner
resources, and find new solutions to problems. Art making is also fun as it brings out
