Enneagram 101 workshop

Saturday, October 3rd, 2026
Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Suggested cost: $20

This workshop invites participants to explore the Enneagram as a compassionate and practical map for personal growth—one that illuminates our core motivations, patterns, and coping strategies rather than placing us in limiting labels. Blending ancient wisdom with modern psychological insight, the Enneagram helps us better understand ourselves and others, revealing both our natural strengths and the habits that can hold us back.

Participants will be gently guided through the Enneagram typing process, so no prior knowledge or identification of a type is required. Through teaching, reflection, and discussion, participants will gain clarity about their unique patterns and learn how to translate that insight into meaningful, real-world personal growth, deeper self-awareness, and more intentional relationships.

"The Enneagram does not put you in a box, it shows us the box we are already in - and the way out." -Russ Hudson
