About Becca Ellis
I am at First Presbyterian for so many reasons, but one is to be a part of such a beautiful community of people who are trying their best to move through the world the way love does. I am grateful beyond words to get to partner together with this faith community as the Director of Family and Children for the past several years, after moving down from the Seattle area in 2017.
I have a background in early childhood education, as well as in the creative field as a photographer & videographer. I have three children who range in age from Grade School to High School – they have been my greatest teachers in life, as well as a major catalyst for my own spiritual growth and passion for helping support and resource parents and caregivers in the hard work of raising humans. My greatest hope for young people today is that they can know they are loved and belong to something so much greater than just themselves, and find a deep meaning and purpose in their lives.
Other things about me: I am a distance runner, appreciate a good cup of coffee and love to cook, read, write and get out on trails and explore nature with my family.
