Individual Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is an intentional conversation about one’s spiritual journey.  It is a time for exploration, considering one’s questions, doubts, and learnings along the way.  A spiritual director is a prayerful spiritual companion with no agenda other than to notice together the presence of God through one’s journey and in the present.

We usually meet at First Presbyterian Church for an hour every few weeks, pausing to evaluate the value and fit of our spiritual companionship.
