Instructors have prepared classes specifically designed for people with limitations and challenges unique to Parkinson’s Disease.
Build stamina through repetition, reduce falls, and improve your brain functionality. All abilities are welcome; moves are modified to accommodate all levels. Classes are for 12-week sessions, but you may begin at any time.
TUESDAYS: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
THURSDAYS: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
COST: $60 for one class per week; $120 for two classes per week

Currently we offer regular classes including, Dance for Parkinsons and Exercise with Parkinsons, We also offer NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) classes and various workshops throughout the year.
