Gentle Yoga includes stretching to improve flexibility and help to develop a quieter, peaceful, and focused mind. Class is designed for adults of all physical abilities taught in a clear, constructive manner allowing each student to go at his/her own pace. Modifications are offered including the use of props. Class promotes breath awareness, standing postures to increase muscular strength and aid in balance, restorative poses to release tension from muscles and joints. Students must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.

Cost: $8 per class
