Thursdays, 1PM-2PM in the Wonder Room BEGINS FEBRUARY 12
A space to learn and practice tools for the journey, led by Sharon Edwards. Over the past decade research into self-compassion has shown that those who practice it are more resilient and better able to cope with stressful life events and challenges. They are also less anxious and depressed. During our time together we will be guided by the work of Dr. Kristin Neff who wrote The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook. Through self-reflection, conversation and practices, we will be empowered for our journey. All ages, stages and diversity of caregiving are welcome.
