Mind, Body & Spirit
The spiritual journey is lifelong. While we grow in maturity and make progress along the way, it is best viewed as a spiral of experience. For whether one is 3 or 93, the call is the same: to live a life of hope, healing and purpose. We are learning and walking together in this journey of human life, seeking to find what we already possess — the life of God within us.
Spiritual Direction is finding time and space to be with a trained spiritual director, to explore your relationship with God, to discern God’s presence and to be supported in your spiritual journey through listening and prayer. Spiritual Direction can be an individual experience with you and your spiritual director or you can choose to learn together with others by participating in group spiritual direction.
